Very close to greenfield residence, an alternative hotel if we visit relatives who stay in greenfield residence.

The room is clean. Friendly resepsionist. 👍

Water for shower is not good enough.

One word bad, the room is old not maintained well and smelly dirty and dusty. Wish to cancel but couldn’t. Pls take note. The photos are not the actual hotel room.

The staff are friendly and check-in is fast. Unfortunately the room smells of cigarette smoke.

There is one female receptionist who doesn't appreciate customers, provides poor service, unfriendly tone of voice. When criticized he did not accept him to consider himself the most righteous, he did not appreciate me as a customer from Indonesia, he was grumbling and talking about my home country. He was a really unfriendly receptionist. It's really a bad dream when you meet people who are kind of rich like that.

The room’s not like a pic. It doesn’t have a mini fridge, wardrobe, hangers. Totally not like an advertising picture for a room. Other than that, for ironing, you have to go downstairs which is not really convenient. However, the parking is ok. Just get ready your parking ticket wth mppj. Haha. The hot water is also doing well.

The receptionist who wears the headscarf is really fierce. When my family visited me at the hotel and sat in the lobby he even drove out and could not speak in the temporary lobby and many people there were chatting as well from the beginning I came and checked in with an Indonesian passport he was sullen. There is no reason for me to stay there for 5 days and every time I want to go out, ask their housekeeping to always put up a sullen face, but the other receptionists are not like that. Only 2 female receptionists wearing hijab like that please, don't be racist like that. I do not understand why women wilt all their attitude is bad, so the event does not like Indonesia. But he was a hotel worker and I was the hotel guest I stayed not to accept the bad treatment with someone like that when I checked out even he dumped the deposit money without saying thank you and with a sullen face. Why are people like that being employed as receptors. Unprofessional.

I stayed 2 days, without room cleaning service. I've got reception info. The air conditioner smells, and is stuffy. Cold air conditioner, others are ok.

Small room but cheap price and had noise in the morning from near building across my room.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly.

I arrive at 2am and they asked me to check in at 2pm. Didn't even recommend me to stay at the lobby because management didn't like guess waiting. i have to sleep in my car and take a bath at petrol station. Not recommended place to stay.

House keeping was not properly done. Towel & toilet paper was not provided.

The elevator was broken, had to go up the stairs to the 2nd floor, check-in at 3 o'clock the room wasn't finished, and the second day cleaning the room had to be requested first.

Service not got,I stay 2 nights but no cleaner service room, and 2 days no toilet paper, the reason is "belum Hantar"

Toilet not replenished. Curtains are dusty.
