Must renovate the rooms and update some staff (blankets and covers)

Problem with our room so stayed at residence eden. We have used this complex 5 times but hadn’t been for 8 years. The complex is lovely but the rooms really need updating. They haven’t changed in many years and for the price paid I feel you shouldn’t have to clean them yourself! Staff are friendly and helpful. On site restaurant is good quality and well priced. Free bus service into town is very good

Apartment 3202 was in need of upgrade, small compared to other 2 bedroomed on the complex, not very clean and dirty marks on walls etc

Pleasant staff. Nice pool. Food was excellent and not bad value.

Rooms are a good size. Hard to find reception on arrival as its in the nearby Golf centre and main hotel. Towels were never changed nor any form of cleaning. It was however good value and great quiet position for Lake Garda etc.

Apartment was in good condition, everything as advertised, don’t expect anything extra though, had to pay €10 for decent WiFi for three days. There was a free shuttle bus in and out of town and it only takes 5 minutes. Also only 10-15 minutes from Gardaland. Good choice of pools. Overall would stay again.

As a young family we had a great experience staying here. Simple rooms but everything that we could want. Beds were comfy the apartment was clean. Free shuttle bus which was brilliant as town is only 5 mins away. Would recommend and stay again!

We previously stayed at the Residence Eden which is on the same site as Residence Golf, and shares its facilities. We enjoyed our break there so revisited this year. Although a little further to walk to some of the facilities, we actually found the apartment better equipped than the one at Eden. Its great for families, decent self catering facilities and use of several pools and multiple activities. The pizza restaurant on site is really good and decent value too, the rooms have everything you need as well. The front desk staff and the animation team were extremely friendly and pleasant, along with the staff at the pizza restaurant and the golf hotel. Staff at the Parc Hotel bar a little less pleasant, and the staff at the Laguna the day we visited that area was quite rude and grumpy, not sure what we had done other than arrive at the bar. Free WiFi was better than expected and flat screen TV was a bonus this year although only 3 English channels though and they were news/markets. We take a DVD player so we were happy. Good location, no need to worry about kids going onto busy roads, we liked this place.

This resort is a hidden gem. It was our second tine there and we stayed in the golf villas this time and it didn't disapoint. The pools etc are terrific though the wifi in the hotel was a little 'hit or miss' and there is no wifi access in the villa rooms which is a slight negative. The main bed was OK, the 2 singles average and the sofa bed downright uncomfortable, but that's the only real criticism I'd have. The balcony was great. I can highly recommend this place and we will definitely return.

when they demand you to pay twice (even showing the reservation information that was all paid) everybody will think thats a not good hotel to stay

Servizi ottimi come piscine e ristoranti, zona tranquilla con possibilità navetta per peschiera e dintorni. Unica nota negativa non c’è il Wi-Fi e in generale poca connessione

Godt for familie med børn da ude faciliteterne er skønne. Slidte boliger. Manglende internet. Meget knirkende senge. Mange mennesker ved stor familiepolitik tidligt om morgenen.

Wir haben für 5 Nächte die Unterkunft gebucht. Der Check in war reibungslos und der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hat alles genau erklärt. Leider hatten wir am 2 Tag schon Probleme mit dem dem Warmwasser. Wurde nach Meldung bei der Rezeption dann umgehend repariert. Leider war die Lage unseres Appartements schlecht im Gegensatz zu den anderen leerstehenden Appartements. Unsere Terrasse war voll einsehbar. Bei den anderen waren Hecken davor. Ansonsten war alles soweit ok für den Preis. Schön war der der Pool, wo es sehr ruhig zuging.

Die Anlage könnte eigentlich super sein; leider sind die Betten unbequem und auch das Sofa aus Kunstleder ist nicht komfortabel. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind sehr schön. In unserer Wohnung gab es kein WLAN, das geht in der heutigen Zeit garnicht
