I stayed at Gloria Suites and overall had a pleasant experience, especially in terms of cleanliness and staff hospitality. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional — truly deserving two thumbs up 👍👍. However, there were some issues that affected my stay, particularly on the 15th floor. The Wi-Fi and internet connection were very unstable and frequently disconnected, sometimes completely unavailable. In addition, mobile phone signal was very weak, making it difficult to make calls or use mobile data. I would recommend the hotel consider upgrading or adding signal boosters/repeaters, especially on higher floors, to improve both Wi-Fi and cellular signal coverage. Another concern was that TV channels were not available, which was a bit disappointing and reduced in-room entertainment options. Despite these issues, the excellent service, warm hospitality, and high standard of cleanliness made a positive impression. With improvements to the internet connection, signal strength, and TV service, Gloria Suites has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

Easy access and busy location, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, daily cleaning. I happened to stay here for four days. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and it's close to campus and malls. Highly recommended if you're looking to stay in the West Jakarta area.

Saya terjebak di lift yang macet lebih dari 30 menit, untungnya saya sendiri. tidak bersama anak saya. Sunggu pengalaman yang menyeramkan. lift memang sudah berbunyi setiap dipakai. Sangaat amat buruk dan berbahaya. Kekurangan lainya : - handle pintu kamar rusak - kamar mandi tidak ada kunci - AC sangat berisik dan terlalu dekat - Ada suara tit tit sepanjang malam yg berulang dari lorong kamar bikin ga bisa tidur semaleman. - Botol air di kamar kosong, suruh isi sendiri di dispenser dkt lift, tp tidak ada. ditanya baru disediakan.

VERY VERY BAD, CHECK IN AT 9 PM, CHECK OUT AT 10 PM!!!

The facilities were very poor. There were no tissues on the table and no hair dryer. When we entered the room, the air conditioner was not cold at all. It took two service visits before it finally worked. Why wasn't it fixed properly the first time the technician came? We had to wait three hours just for the AC to be repaired, and it was already the middle of the night.
