Great hotel in the middle of the city with beautiful scenery.

The atmosphere is calm. Not noisy. The staff are friendly too.

Everything is clean, the bed is comfortable. The staff is nice. The area is quiet and good for resting.

The environment is very calm, the hotel room is also quite spacious and clean, the staff's hustle and bustle deserves a thumbs up especially Mbak Salsa at the reception (fast and responsive and very helpful). The parking lot is spacious and safe.

Green location in the middle of Jakarta city, very suitable for morning exercise.

The room smells of paint so it's stuffy, the pool is dirty. Overall it's good except for that.

For the cleanliness of the room, it's top, HK really cleans it very often, it's maintained & maintained, the only thing lacking is the AC, checked often, yesterday it was an error but it's still on. Then the suggestion is to add a shower in the closet/in the bathroom to make it more comfortable🥹 next time I go to Jakarta, I want to stop by here again, hopefully in the future there will be many improvements & upgrades ❤.

Satisfying stay at Pomelotel. Service ok, staff friendly and cooperative.

You can check in early (before 2 o'clock) and there is no additional charge.

In the application it says 1 large bed, it has been written in the notes and also confirmed by telephone. When we got there we found 2 single beds. It's quite different.

Everything was cold except for omelettes even though it was only 7 in the morning, the suggestion is to add a babychair if you only have 1 child, it's not necessarily just 1.

Very satisfying, the staff is nice and the room is clean. The only minus is the housekeeping staff was asked to spray some fragrance because they didn't come to the smoking room.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, late check out can be until 13:00 (with confirmation). The training hall is comfortable, the AC is very cold. The food is quite delicious.
