The staff and security services are friendly and polite.

I was waiting for the towel till midnight. Wi-Fi not good. Really wasn't enjoying the staying.

It's pretty good for the price offered. Suggestion, for every room that will be checked in, it has been sprayed with fragrance so that the entire bedroom and bathroom are not damp and musty.

- No towels.- AC was not cool and the water was dripping.- Warm water not working.- No telephone in the room.- Very dirty.- Sheets were gray (should have been white)- Have a feeling the bed cover was not washed.- Terrible service. Better go find another hotel because I think the rating is inaccurate.

Room Does Not Match the Photo. Extra Pillows Paid Again.

Got a suite, the room was quite spacious but the sheets weren't very clean, there were no towels and the soap was empty so I had to ask for it first.

Value for money and nice stay. Location is reachable around the city.

I feel very satisfied with my first experience staying at this hotel. It was very good. The price was very cheap and very, very comfortable.

The security is very friendly, good job. The location is good, close to shopping centers and easy access to anywhere. The room is just ordinary according to the budget.

Cheap hotel with a very strategic location. Next time I will stay there again.

Got a high price since I booked at the last moment but overall is good.

The room does not match the one listed in the app. I booked 2 rooms, bathroom 1 had a strong smell of urine and bathroom 2 had a smell of stagnant water (like the smell of poop).

Lack of amenities and the bathroom mat is not very clean, but overall the price is very affordable, the best thing is the spacious room bonus.

The amenities are not well taken care of, the hot water is not warm but tends to be room temperature, the room lights are not equipped with bulbs at all. But so far not too bad.

The room I booked did not match the photos and facilities in Traveloka's offer. My room was downgraded. Several people also complained about my SPT on the same day and time. There was a French foreigner who was also disappointed like me. The front office officer said it was because of Traveloka's mistake in not changing the photos in Traveloka's offer. I don't know who was wrong. The front office officer was unprofessional. I was very disappointed. It's rare for me to have something like this happen. So far, I've used Traveloka every time. It's rare for me to be disappointed with this SPT.

A hotel with a strategic location in the city center close to the Cihampelas area, has comfortable rooms and areas but unfortunately the rooms are not soundproof.

It is indeed a cheap budget hotel. But cleanliness should still be maintained even though it is a "cheap hotel". - The sheets and mattresses are very dirty, like they have never been washed/changed, making your body itchy. - The room floor is dirty. - The underbed area seems to have never been checked, there is a lot of trash and even dead cockroaches and leftover food. - The Wi-Fi and cellular signals are very bad. - Hot water that is not hot at all. - Have to deposit even though there is no minibar, only 1 key is given (it should be enough to hold your SIM/KTP identity, because it is quite inconvenient for those who rarely carry cash). For me, I only need to stay here once. Not recommended 👎

Unfortunately, there are no towels provided & toiletries are very limited, let alone hotel slippers, there are definitely none.
