Everything in hotel was very organised . We liked it and our stay was comfortable. Will surely recommend. Thank you traveloka and Best start resort Langkawi.. our family made beautiful memories here.

It's hard to find parking. Everyone else is fine and satisfied.

standard twin rm, stayed 2 nights. spacious room, very limited TV, remote is not working. no sound proofing. no towel in the room (hv to ask for it 🤔). good breakfast, excellent location. heritage tax 3 RM (per pax) + tourism tax 10 RM (per rm per night) and refundable deposit 100 RM hv to pay in cash when check in.

It was a nice experience, the hotel is directly on the beach, so you don’t have to walk much to get to the beach itself.

Third time staying at this hotel, got a spacious family room for the three of us😀 but this time the bathroom smelled bad, that's all. So far it's quite good

It feels like entering a guesthouse. Only stayed for 5 minutes and then checked out. Not as expected. Because it is an old hotel, the furniture and facilities are no longer in good condition. There is no parking lot. I trust the reviews and photos on the Traveloka page too much.

The great hotel to stay. Convenient near to all facilities and mall. The room are clean.

Rooms are basic but clean, great location next to The beach, staff are Good, will probably choose somewhere else next time.

Air cond is not cold, need to be serviced regularly, mattress sheets, blankets, there are traces of dirty blood. Yellow pillowcase towel can be torn at the end hot water is ok hot very cold water does not taste. The water is too hot, I can't take a shower directly from the shower, I have to use tap water next to the toilet. Hope the hotel can restore the situation, the hotel is strategic by the sea. Only the condition of the hotel room is problematic.

Haunted family room at level 3...very bad experience... lift not working summore.

it is a strategic location if you want to enjoy cheap price and a walking distance to Cenang Mall, restaurants and the beach at night. awesome!

I expected room that can view beach when open window, but it was only view for swimming pool and balcony which is every morning people having breakfast. I've try to ask receptionist to change our room, but it was not available because there some groups booked and all room's full. Also about bathroom, the water smells not good. I don't know maybe it's because place near from beach or hotel didn't use filter water or anything. At least I felt this. Not too comfort, but try to enjoy stay there. I hope it will can be good suggest for make the hotel better and better in the future. Thank you.

The room smells bad, the toilet also smells bad, the towels and pillows also smell, the room is not maintained, the air conditioner is not cold. The rooms are like an old building that has never been upgraded. there is no vehicle parking space.

There is no parking area for guest car. The room is smelly, even bathroom is more smelly, all furniture is very old and some of furniture is broken, jet washer not working, the hotel is very dark.

Pro: Location just facing beach Pantai Cenang, and my room view is superb facing to dataran Cenang main centre. Thank you to Ms Atikah let me to early check in and always put smile with guest. No charge for early check in but its depends on availability upon arrival. Swimming pool outside suitable for guest whose come with kids. Luggage storage provided but I am not sure with fee or FOC. Cons: No staff on duty for night shift, hairdryer only can use for 1 hours and you need to return back to counter after use. My aircond take time to cool even they put extra key and I still can feel warm inside room after leaving my room for 3 hours.

The seaview room is very nice view of the awesome spacious room
