Initially, we got a room that had no windows and the air inside the room felt very humid. Finally we upgraded to a room that had new ventilation, it was comfortable. The location is not very strategic in my opinion, because there is only a flea market next to the hotel in the morning (Sunday). And it seemed like we were the only ones staying at the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when we had problems with the room.

The location is very strategic and it's easy to find food, not far away.

Perfect place to stay in Ipoh

Convenient Location: The hotel is close to major attractions and local restaurants, making it easy to get around. Affordable Price: The rate was reasonable for a night's stay, ideal for budget travelers. Friendly Staff: The reception team was warm and helpful during check-in.

Stayed for a night but I think this is a good choice to stay in Ipoh. Located in the city center, there 's 7/11 next to it, walkable to some popular attractions especially if you're looking for food. The room was clean, the bathroom was good; Shower worked perfectly, had hot water, clean, and quite spacious. I would love to stay here again if I come to Ipoh for sure.

Strategic location, clean and friendly staff. Don't forget to try Deen CT cendol and Ipoh chicken rice. Recommended.

French hotel was my first hotel choice everytime I come to ipoh. The hotel location is convenient and hotel staffs are friendly. However, for my trip this time, the room I stayed at (room no: 505) has bed bugs! I was bitten by these insects on my hands, thigh and feet. I went to see the doctor upon my return as the itchiness of the bites was unbearable. I really hope your management can look into this matter and revert soon.

Love it. Nice hotel. Spacious and clean. The hotel provides a map with places to eat that can be visited.

Room is big, shower water is not hot. 7-11 just next to hotel, very convenience.

I would value this hotel as 3 Star as they have excellent service from the staff and the room is clean and the bathroom too is clean and spacious. Walking distance there are KFC and Pizza Hut. And beside there is a7-11 store. On sunday morning beside the hotel there is Pasar Karat where it sells old or antic items. Fun place to visit. If ure hungry at midnight there is a burger stall just 10 meters away which open till 4am. Love this place and will come again on my next visit. Tip. Don't move ure car from the parking space on sunday unless ure planing to come back after noon cause the people from outside will park there to visit the Pasar Karat.

Perfect location for good food in the city centre. Two minor issues-(1) difficult to unload luggage and access to parking lot in the rain as there is no covered luggage unload area and parking lot is an open space not adjacent to hotel. (2) In room safe is faulty.

Security and front office Malay girl is very helpful. We will recommended to all our friends and will come again.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly. The night guard that was on duty the days I stayed there was really friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very clean and specious room. I highly recommend this place.
