Good location, close to Regency Hospital, only RM 5 by Grab, downstairs there is a food stall, in front there is a 7-Eleven and shops, it's quite okay for the price of Rp. 400 thousand

Quiet hotel, aesthetic lobby atmosphere. Lots of art and ceramic displays. Large and spacious rooms. Suitable for the price. Needs more frequent promotions so more people stay.

Although there is no special hotel parking, there are many parking lots near the hotel. The hotel atmosphere is quiet.. not noisy..

Customer-friendly counter service that quickly resolves problems

Was staying here when my dad got admitted to Regency Hospital. Location very close to hospital, using Grab only cost around 5 ringgit. There's also Lotus, Family Mart, Watson, Guardian, Zus Coffee, and various food seller. The room itself is quite spacious, with amenities, and dispenser water outside. Surprisingly our bathroom got bathtub. Everything is clean and no musky smell, aircon is really cold, and everything is satisfactory. Will stay here again next time my dad need check up. For the price I get, it's cheap.

the hotel area has many food choices, so just choose, in front of the hotel there is also a sevel, but my family and I at that time did not have 24 hours, check in at 7 pm, at 8 am we had to go to Senai airport, the distance to the airport is quite far. I chose a Family room and got a fairly cheap price. thank you Swan garden Hotel, oh yes there is a 50RM deposit that is returned upon check out.

Very good, clean place, close to everywhere

As a budget hotel, room cleanliness and space were satisfactory. However, the air-conditioning in two rooms was poorly maintained and faulty. Despite complaints, no action was taken, and the staff falsely claimed the issue was resolved. Stayed for 2 nights.

The marketing pictures on the website are the same as what you get. Deluxe twin xde bathtub. Had to change rooms, got an aircon x function room. make a complaint.. wait until noon for the technician to come... talking to you in the swan hotel... first and last stay at swan

The hotel is clean, it's just a shame the air conditioner is bad, it's not cold, it hasn't worked well for a long time and it's noisy, then because the room given has a window, it's very noisy until 2-5 am at night, motorcycles pass by there. If possible, upgrade the hotel, especially the air conditioner.

The location is very strategic. Easy to find food. The staff is friendly.

Except the hot tap is not functioning, other expeeience is very pleasent for me.

Cleanliness and room condition

Room are small and dirty with damaged electrical equipment provided for guest with electrical hazard that would cause fatality exist in the room for my stay!
