This hotel claims its name is international but its hospitality does not reflect its internationality at all, because when I stayed here I complained to the receptionist that the bed cover and linen in my room were torn and dull, they said they would contact me again, but after waiting for 1 hour, they never came until I checked out
Not to mention the room was old and there were many leaks on the ceiling, lots of peeling wall paint, it seems the room is not well maintained
As soon as I entered the restaurant during breakfast time, I wanted to drink but the glass was empty and I tried to ask the SPV at the restaurant, he only said for a moment Sir, I waited right in front of the water stand, 5 minutes he didn't come, I complained again and instead I was the one who was scolded "Wait a minute Sir, the glass is being washed"..!!!
Poor Owner if his Employees know how to handle Guests in the Hospitality Industry like that, it could ruin the hotel brand.. Even though the basic handling of my Complaint was as simple as "Okay Sir, which chair would you like to sit in, I'll bring your drink there"
I stayed in the Family type which is in the High Season room price range of 3.5-4 million/night, for the service and experience like what I felt it was not Worth it and Not Recommended to Stay there again
