The price is very friendly, the staff is very nice, it's really great.

Very steady helps all cool.

On visual apperance with app, the hotel looks really good but it was align with the actual, room, bed, bathroom, I check in for luggage storage and check out after 2 hours and decided to move to another hotel. This hotel asking for 50 MYR for deposit eventhrough there is nothing inside the room.

The room was cramped and smelly, the bathroom was small, and no toothbrush was provided.

Lumayan untuk stay 1 night, karyawan baik banget kok. Sayang ngga ada TV di kamar.

Linen banyak noda kuning dan rambut, handuk tidak di ganti setiap hari.

Nyaman untuk backpacker, dekat dengan pusat keramaian kota, berjaya mall, sungei wang, pavilion dan lain-lain. Mudah untuk menemukan makanan Indonesia karena lewat pintu belakang banyak kedai yang menjual makanan Indonesia, wifi lancar dan ada dispenser minum gratis kita tinggal membawa tumbler. Resepsionis sangat membantu dan pelayanan baik.

Nyaman, resepsionis baik dan sangat membantu, tersedia air minum gratis sehingga kita hanya perlu membawa tumbler, lumayan dekat dengan kawasan mall tinggal jalan kaki lewat belakang.

Semunya sih oke kamar bersih. Tapi kurang pelayanan kamar ya. Kayak handuk gak ada ganti. Secara pernintaan dari konsumen juga gak di penuhi. ‘ misalnya minta 1 bed yang daoat 2 bed. Jadi itu saja sih pengalaman saya nginap di sini. Secara yang lain bagus kok dan semunya oke.

Hotelnya nyaman dan bersih cuma tempat makan agak jauh.

I had a solo trip here, got room number 405 with a direct view of the main road and pavilion. The rooms are spacious and clean, love staying here. Walk a little to Jalan Alor and the MRT. The TV is broken but that's okay because I don't like watching TV either. Cold air conditioner, hot water toilet. Satisfied with staying here, thank you.

The room is clean. But they didn't let me check it without paying deposit 50RM. So be prepare for the cash.

The whole experience is the worst. Receptionist is rude and don't understand english that well. The lamp in hotel lift is broken so it's dark when we use lift. Bed sheet and towel is so dirty, the television and wifi isnt working. In the end we had to move to other hotel because we can't stand this hotel at all.
