bring the kids back because they really like swimming and during breakfast they were really happy to find pita bread. Overall everyone is always satisfied every time they come here

Room 1105 (Deluxe Room King): 1. Narrow (there is a pillar near the window) 2. Minimal cabinets and drawers. 3. The shower water flow is not strong. 4. Noisy generator sound. 5. The bathroom water is a bit stagnant before being drained (floor drain is not smooth)

There is less variety in the food, even though it is in the same class as Santika Premier. Then the taste is just ordinary, nothing special. Even though the Santika Hotel is famous for the taste of its food.

Strategic location in Bintaro area, near several malls so it is easy to find tourist attractions and places to eat. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast is quite complete and varied.

If you stay in Bintaro, Santika Premiere could be an option.

Overall Santika Premiere Bintaro is good, location within distance from Bintaro Xchange Mall, variety of restaurants, hospitals. The food has somewhat varieties but lacking taste. I really think they need to improve on the food. I tasted orak arik tofu and batagor is neither this or that, very bland and the batagor is hard. Even their desserts need improvement. The meat was a little hard and not juicy nor tasty. Also please do not claim Turkish coffee or teh tarik for the sake of attracting the guests. The Turkish coffee is actually a local kopi tubruk with spices (rempah) and teh tarik is just teh celup with lots of ice...these are not authentic at all. Over claiming is bad especially if your guests know the difference. Also an embarassment for a 4.5 star hotel. Why not make authentic Indonesian meals and Indonesian drinks even during Ramadan. No need to impress with foreign menu if you are not ready to get it done properly. The bedroom is comfortable but please make sure that the bathroom wall is cleaned properly, I saw finger marks on the walls and a hair hanging on the hairdryer. The wall paint in the bedroom needs retouching because I see patches of paints as if they were about to repaint the room. So again, they should have just closed it if it is meant to be repainted or touched up. These little things and taste of the food do make a difference especially to climb to a 5 star status.

Location OK, near bintaro exchange. Parking space available but need to register at receptionist so that it's free. Room space kind of limited but still OK. Breakfast OK

Nice location and friendly staff

The room is clean, the menu is plentiful and delicious, the service when you arrive is slow to respond, especially when you arrive in the middle of the night, there is no one to help you load items into the trolley.

Very memorable stay here, before checking in try lunch first at the hotel restaurant. The taste is top notch!, large portions, toddler-friendly restaurant, baby chairs available and all staff are friendly. Continue checking in, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, clean and fragrant bathroom, complete amenities, quite happy because there is a refrigerator to store baby food. The disadvantages include the room's poor soundproofing because activities in the next room can be heard clearly such as moving chairs and the sound of the TV, the gym room near the pool area is very hot and stuffy even though the AC is on, it seems broken. The pool bar is not smoke-free, so you can't relax with your baby. But not least, overall comfortable stay here, Sunday morning can take a leisurely walk in Bintaro loop, the hotel is in an easily accessible location and close to a variety of delicious Bintaro culinary.
