The place is comfortable, friendly, nice, the lady sitting at the reception is beautiful, it's close to everywhere because we are a family specifically for a check-up at Penang Adventist Hospital so we stayed here, it's a 5-minute walk to the hotel, looking for breakfast food is close to the mall, just a short walk to the hotel, basically the best.

very friendly staff. luggage is lifted up when checking in and down when checking out. clean and comfortable room also quiet. Close to gurney plaza and tikus island by just walking. Although not getting breakfast but downstairs there is a typical Turkish restaurant if I'm not mistaken

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The first time was still cleaner than this time. The room was quite clean after being cleaned but the bathroom was not cleaned. Maybe not only the room should be vacuumed but the entire bathroom should also be brushed
