I ordered a ticket through OTA, Remark is clear, the room faces the sea and swimming pool, when I arrived the receptionist was busy, there was no greeting, immediately asked who the message was on behalf of, asked for an ID card, asked for a deposit of 300 thousand, and then signed, then gave the key, and only explained about breakfast hours, then I headed towards the room I ordered because the RCP didn't say anything, when I saw the room number and the direction the room number was not in that direction, then I asked, he said it was towards the left, I was still okay, but when I checked the direction of the room it showed that I had to go down to the ground floor, I didn't accept it, I went back to the RCP, he didn't respond to me well, instead he let me stand and wait for him to do other activities, after a while he told me to sit down, I went to sit down, 10 minutes later, I don't know if it was the Front Office Manager or whatever it was, he came to me explaining while apologizing, while he disappeared from the RCP desk,
Actually I shouldn't have been disappointed if from the beginning he explained well about the availability of the room, but he grumbled in front of me that "oh dear, I have to find another room to change”.
It seems like they need more training and know how to handle it, not just letting go and hiding.
Even though The Natsepa R&C Center is a Favorite Hotel in Ambon, but disappointed just because of ANDRI.
