The hotel staff is friendly, close to the busy area, clean, but the room AC is not cold enough for me.

Overall, everything is good. What I remember is that if I want to have coffee and snacks, the prices are cheap. If I go there, I might come back and stay overnight.

Everything was ok, I asked to change rooms because the elevator was far away because I was bringing an elderly person, but I was moved, but the access was jammed which made it take a long time to wait for online orders.

The kids are happy because the service and staff are good.

The second stay here was very satisfying, fortunately this time the food tasted good even though from year to year the food variations were almost the same, but for this year it was delicious. It is a shame that the room is not soundproof.

well located around Legian. many shops and food around. close to medical center. some good night clubs around the hotel. food inside the hotel is well priced. cheaper than the outside the street. not bad at all

Good at all. Satset service, delicious food (but less variety is normal for a 3 star hotel) the room is also ok and clean, good choice to stay here.
