some of the staff are friendly and some are not, actually it's comfortable, but there are some activities that make it uncomfortable in the corridor on the 2nd floor, my suggestion is to improve the comfort and there are also some doors that can be opened, improve the quality so that it's comfortable when staying here.

The hotel staff are some friendly and some not, and for those who want to stay here, don't stay on the 2nd floor. And the room floor can be mopped every time someone checks out because the floor is a bit sticky.

The booking process, easy check in-out, friendly and communicative staff. The location is near the Old City tourist attraction. Quite clean and tidy. The room is quiet because it is quite soundproof. The only minus is the TV broadcast which is still 'blurry', maybe it needs improvement, for example in adding/setting an antenna or digital channel and so on.

I often stay here, even though the room facilities are only good, but it's comfortable enough for a stay cation, the lights in every room are dim, the AC is very cold, a bit stuffy, but it's ok over all, ok, no bad.

The service and receptionist were not very friendly, as if they were reluctant to serve guests.
