Beautiful hotel, loved our room, bed was comfortable, sofa in room was clean and comfortable as well, the whole service was amazing, didn’t take longer than 5 minutes for any request we made. All staff were friendly, nice and professional.

Very good staff and excellent customer service, specially house keepers cleaned my room everyday which I liked it. Very respectful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not a real 5-star hotel. Staff are nice. The hotel is more like a 3-star hotel considering the North American standards.

All is good in the hotel. Fast wifi, great service. The only minus is the lighting in the room. Too dark. Otherwise a great stay.

Lovely building and facility, though Internet wifi is very bad in the room. The hotel need to improve very well on it.

Dirty carpet, dirty facilities, unclean hotel rooms smelling like cigarettes.
