The room is clean and tidy. Anyone who wants to get a visa to Mega, can recommend to walk straight away. From the accommodation, walk about 1 kilometer to the embassy on Rama 4 Road.

We booked a double bedroom for 4 people and 1 baby. the room was clean and staff were smiling all the time. Pros: - The security man was friendly and helpful - Cheap room in a city-centered secure neighborhood (giving Ruamrudee is where some embassies located) - Walking distance to BTS (took us 10-15 mins) - Complimentary shuttle to BTS every 30 mins - Complimentary yummy milk tea downstairs Cons: - Loud noise. We could hear the car engines down the street every morning and that is some hassle (we stayed on level 5) - They didn't offer shuttle for the way back. Think they could offer more routes to some city's landmarks (we are happy to pay) - Only 1 key for 4 people. We did ask for the second one but the answer was no - Basic hygiene set. Only soap and shampoo were offered. - One picture frame fell off my sister's head, with the baby in the room. Should be double checked regularly.

I booked this for bizz trip, It went well. The hotel was nice, it looks old but with modern refurbishment. For accessibility, you need to walk around 5 minutes to get to the main road and around 11-15 minutes-ish to the nearest BTS. Fret not, the nearest 7-eleven, starbucks and ATMs just 5 minutes away (inside Conrad hotel complex). If you are here for business trip around Lumpini Park area, I would highly recommend this hotel. However, it will be a hustle if you are staying for Leisure/Shopping spree since it is less accessible to get to the shopping center/tourism area.

Our room was upgraded to a suite room which was very clean and spacious. Staffs were friendly and helpful. I suggest complimentary tuktuk also available from main road to hotel. As it was quiet a long walk.

I really like this place. Everything is very good, cleaning every day is very clean. Still a bit far from 7-Eleven.
