Strategic location with beautiful beach and exotic view, suitable for family vacation... Unfortunately the building is old so many things need to be renovated!!!

It's so much fun staying in Marbella, with direct access to the beach too! Please, you guys have to try staying at a Marbella hotel, whoever said it was scary, not at all!

Further improvements for all.

This hotel brings back the nostalgia to the 90’s where this place was such a big hit at that time. Even until today, i think the mediterranian architecture is still so iconic. Very nice ocean view from my balcony. Room size was also spacious. BUT, major maintenance is much needed. Hotel management, i hope you read this. My family and i stayed at the Executive suite. The elevator’s ground was shaky (was a bit concerned with the safety), no water heater in the bathroom, towels size were too small, phone was not connected, breakfast meal was good but the restaurant needs renovation. And in some other towers it looked very mouldy and not well-maintained. The rest were okay. I’d really love to come back when things have been improved.

The hotel is quite comfortable, the air conditioning is also cold, but there are no eating and drinking utensils such as spoons, plates and glasses, because if we don't go to the restaurant at night, we want to eat in the room, this is not available even though the kitchen is available.

Good service, very impressive, no horror words

The reception staff is indifferent, the floor in the room area is not very clean, every floor looks scary.

Clean room, complete facilities in the room. There is an electric kettle, that's the most important thing. The price for a room like that is really good, there is a balcony, and everything is clean and well-maintained even though the building is old but it's really worth it 🫶🏻. I like the towels, sheets, and fragrant bed. The AC is cold. The breakfast menu is varied. Recommended. Thanks Marbella 🫶🏻

Even though it looks old, overall the service and facilities are really good.

Yesterday I took a room type with a balcony, the price was almost 1 million for 1 night, D+6 of Eid 2025, ✓ breakfast: the taste of the food is so-so, lacking in my opinion... ✓ place & atmosphere: the beach is nice, very kid friendly, nice swimming pool, ✓ hotel room: lots of outdated furniture such as (hotel chairs are not very good, the mattress also looks like it's about to collapse, ✓ service: good, friendly ✓ price: standard on days "still Eid, note: more to the beach, swimming pool, atmosphere, location, if for facilities, but for hotel rooms & furniture it seems like it should be replaced/repaired with more decent ones..

Overall good, most of the negative comments are about style, the only minus is the wifi which keeps turning on and off

It is still very OK for a family vacation, even during the holiday season, it is still quite suitable for a vacation.

The building may be old, but it is well maintained. Complete facilities, friendly staff, can enjoy the beach nature, delicious food. This hotel is comfortable. Thank you team Marbella.

The hotel building is indeed old, but in terms of building quality and facilities, it is still worthy of a 4-star rating. Maybe it is time to upgrade the ceramic floor of the room so that it doesn't look old-fashioned. Everything there was pleasant for us and we will definitely come back again.

Comfortable atmosphere and close to the beach

The hotel, even though it is old, is still beautiful. The rooms are clean, the newly renovated bathroom is great. You can do karaoke in front of the swimming pool because it was quiet when I visited.

Breakfast was ok and pleasant. But the hotel looks old and poorly maintained.
