+highly recommended breakfast option, before walking around you need to recharge your energy first
+spacious parking, there is an additional parking area across from the hotel, supervised by security guards

In my personal opinion, the towels are not crystal clear, the TV is hard to adjust, parking is limited but there is a fairly large parking area but you have to walk about 50 m from the hotel.

Overall, it was quite comfortable to stay at this hotel.
The food in the hotel restaurant has quite a lot of variety and tastes good.
A little input about the hotel room we stayed in (ground floor), the lighting was not bright enough to be dim. When the room curtains were opened, it turned out to be directly adjacent to the warlok house. So the room we stayed in looked like an aquarium when viewed from outside the hotel. There was no privacy at all. The suggested solution is to raise the hotel fence or plant thick-leafed plants around the hotel yard so that it can cover the hotel room from the outside view of the hotel.
There are brighter lighting options other than low-wattage lights.

The room is quite comfortable, the location is close to Malioboro. The downside is that the wifi is slow, children over 5 years old have to pay for breakfast. Suggestion: If possible, the shower area in the bathroom should be given a divider, so that the water doesn't splash everywhere.

The staff's friendliness is good, the facilities can be Laundry. The staff for TV repairs are fast, because the TV had problems
The crushed chicken food is really delicious, the chili sauce is really spicy and delicious.
