the staff is friendly and always helpful, the food is varied and delicious, but there is a bit salty rendang meat during Eid, the drinks are also delicious, the desserts are delicious, you can eat them on your tongue. there are many photo spots, many places to relax and a cool pool area, also not many rules, but unfortunately the bathroom is flooded when we take a shower, and the AC is noisy... hopefully in the future it will be better... but I will come here again, I just want to find one with a pool view or a city view.. yesterday there was no room with a good view, even though if you think about it, it would be full during Eid... but it's okay, I still like this hotel....

It's a shame that the refrigerator that was provided couldn't be used because it was broken. I stayed there for 2 nights and couldn't cool drinks. The AC unit was noisy yesterday, so my rest was disturbed. The service and staff were good and friendly.

Recommend to bring family to stay at this hotel

It's a good lobby and looks very promising. However when I enter the room, it was very stuffy. I tried to keep the AC on when I went out, but when I came back it was still very smelly. The equipment already rusty. The water smelly as well. I stayed in Executive Room. Though I need to thank, I left things and they informed me right away.

The service is very friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel is quite satisfactory.

*I have been staying in starred hotels for a long time, only at Pangeran Pekanbaru did my child have to charge their breakfast, even though my child is only 6 years old.* The AC is not cold.
