the hotel quite old dated and room needs renovation in order to maintain its 5 stars standard.

- staff srvs was really good and helpful.- superb view.- if you stay at hilltop, you have to take a shuttle to your rooms (24h srvs). Not recommended if you stay with infant or elders.- a bit scared environment because the building look old. But still its very calm and peaceful.-the rooms was spacious and clean. But you still can smell the carpet odour.- I love the pillows very much. Overall, I will return to this resort.

Very good and friendly staff.

The price and portion are not worth it. The portion for spaghetti for kids and fettuccini for adults is the same..but the price is double for fettuccini.as if they just change the type of pasta..it was mentioned that 2 adults stay and 2 kids stay.but still towels are still charged for extra. and there used to be toothbrushes provided.but now...have to buy them yourself. The bed is too high, it's difficult for the elderly to get on. why is the bed mattress raised...the height of the bed mattress used to be nice.

No wifi in the room. But a mobile wifi was given as a workaround

Staffs there are very helpful and friendly. But when checked in the room floor have a lot of sand and the sink was clogged. But overall is OK

We changed room from hillview (reason change due to bring infant together) to seaview. Seaview Room very spacious, clean and tidy.

Beach bbq bonfire. Foods normal, crab meat not fresh because it is frozen. My favourite midin to salty.

Quiet & calm. Food kind of pricy. Overall, not bad.

Check in process are very slow. Cannot enter room on time. Waiting almost 1hour. Hotel policy should change check out should be after 2pm instead of 1noon.

1. The water for the bath tub was chalky. 2. The gym was locked. 3. The room service was slow. 4. Pressure water pressure in the bathroom sink was low. 5. The pillows were too soft, not supporting the head and neck when lied down. 6. The distance of the hilltop room is too far from the main hotel facilities. No direct covered walkway or corridor. Had to wait for vans every time.

The buildings (standard balcony last block) and rooms we stayed are a bit running down. Very far from lobby and at night is creepy. Requested for rooms side by side (we booked 2 rooms) but receptionist said it 's unavailable. Sound proof is super bad, cannot rest and sleep well due to the noises from next door (children playing & shouting, whole family keep coughing). Cleanliness also need to be improved, I. E: the floor is sticky and bedsheet is abit sandy.

We had a pleasant stay at the hilltop double room with sea view, comfortable bed and stunning views. Only had some hiccups during check in, waited for 30 minutes- it could have been faster if more counters were opened. Breakfast/dinner were delicious. We would come back again for another family trip.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures, spacious, comfy and we got extra bed underneath. Quality and Choice of food for breakfast is still need to be improved.

The resort looks exactly like the pictures. The room is spacious, comfly and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious too. Sure will come back next time.

the condition of the hilltop inn building is very creepy..woods and grasses are not cleaned ..

We were there for holidays but were being treated like prisoners. The security guards took our IC during entrance and took photo of our Mysj id (our personal data, home address. Etc.). Not to mention, the service by the manager on duty, Petrus, was terrible. Rude and not even a single apology for our inconvenience during check in. Housekeeping was terrible because when we entered our room, there were dirty plates by previous occupants still in front of our doorstep! What service is this, damai beach resort! Never coming back.

Honeymoon with my beloved wife after getting married ... comfortable room .. our block has other visitors too..so the area is not quiet .. the room is located on a hill and there is a 24 hour shuttle van standby for amik and hntr from the room to the main lobby .. unfortunately the pool has not been used to curb covid transmission 19 .. best pound breakfast
