I booked smart room queen for one night. The receptionist passed me the key and when I entered the room was not cleaned yet. The towel was on the bed and got yellow stained all over. The pillows were on the chair without cases so you know how dirty the pillows are. I bed they nv washed it nor changed it. I complaint to the receptionist and she soon changed us to a new room. I went to new room to find out the pillows were dirty just like the ones in the previous room. The bed sheet and pillow cases got stain somehow yellow and brown. I don’t even want to check the toilet. Since traveloka does not allow us to get refund (non - refundable room), I have to lose my money. I changed hotel right away. No way I would stay in such dirty and disgusting room.

Clean rooms, neat and friendly service and close access to the city center.

Lots of yellow stains on the pillows and towels, not really cleaned. Phone not working.

Maybe the AC needs to be serviced.

The staff is friendly, the price including breakfast is quite affordable, but the room looks like an old building that has been renovated. The bathroom and toilet look old too.

breakfast: ordered eggs, waited a long time, when served it was already cold. other breakfast menus are "so-so" the outdoor breakfast place is not clean, looks dirty & full of gecko shit. it should be better maintained so the hotel can be more crowded.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during the check in process.

There is no elevator and my guests complained about it.

Minus no elevator, got a room on the 3rd floor, it felt like going up carrying a baby. Order 1 large bed, got 2 single beds.

The sheets were dirty as if they hadn't been changed.

It could be even better as part of the Santika Group.

Amaris Hotel - Palangkaraya. Very concerned about the cleanliness of the bathroom, bedroom and dry room.

The rooms are not at all up to the standard Amaris that we usually stay at.

Somehow I can't give a positive review yet, after checking in I left my stuff, when I returned at night the room was in trouble, the electricity wasn't working, thankfully the guy quickly gave me another room option before it was fully booked.

When I came the water in the sink won't go off. It left dirty marks on the sink. Then I feel a sleep and woke up at midnite to a very heavy rain and try to go the toilet and found out that the floor was wet from the heavy rain that flooded the room. I didn't call immediately and waited until morning. Someone came and wiped out the water and cleaned it. Plus didn't get any toiletries. Everything else was OK. You got what you've paid for.
