The staff is friendly and alert. The wifi on the ground floor is often slow. The room is clean, hopefully the toilet blower will be checked regularly. The room is spacious. Indeed, every year I like to stay at Rattan for 7-10 days. For the breakfast menu, I haven't tried all of them, but I tried a few. It doesn't suit my taste.

when staying at Rattan Inn Banjarmasin it was very memorable, from the beginning of arrival (Reservation) was greeted warmly and warmly by Mbak Ella, coincidentally this holiday also brought family so I think Rattan Inn Banjarmasin is the right choice because coincidentally children really like the open swimming pool, but a little suggestion from me so that the children's pool area should be given a safety (divider) between the children's and adult pools, because it is very dangerous if there is no safety, because on the day I stayed a little incident happened, I hope it doesn't happen again, I'm afraid if it happens to my family. but overall both the comfort of the room, other facilities such as the fitness center (fitness area) are all very satisfying, one more thing that was very memorable when our family was about to check out, because our car was far away, there was an officer from the hotel offered to pick it up, even though as far as I know in this hotel there is no Valet Parking ... thank you sir sorry I forgot his name ... that's my review, I hope one day I can visit the Rattan Inn Banjarmasin Hotel again with my family, Amen

Love the ambience that provide resort vibes in the middle of city. The breakfast also good with Japanese as one of the options. Hope they could upgrade/renovate the rooms and get 5-star💛

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful at check in.
