Vila bersih, staff ramah dan lokasi strategis. Safebox di vila 4 tidak berfungsi. Sayangnya dari awal masuk kami sudah di sounding oleh staff perihal extra-extra charge. Ketika check out kami harus berdiskusi hampir stengah jam karena mereka mengaku kehilangan hair dryer yang tidak pernah ada sejak kami check in dan ingin mencharge kami. Ketika saya persilahkan untuk mengecek koper kami, mereka tidak berani dan mempersilahkan kami untuk check out. Saran saya untuk ke depannya management bisa lebih melakukan pengecekan sebelum tamu check in supaya tidak meninggalkan kesan negatif dan kesalahpahaman, begitu pula untuk tamu-tamu lain yang ingin menginap.

Suka banget sama villa ini apalagi poolnya yang sangat besar tp sayang untuk fasilitas antar ke bandara sudah tidak ada

The best 6/5! Located in the heart of Seminyak, so it is very fitting for a holiday (either family or honeymoon). The check-in and check-out process is smooth and easy, the rooms are very spacious, quiet, comfortable, the cleanliness is okay even though at night there are a few insects (understandably because of the outdoor area), the service is nice. Surely will come back here again next holiday! Thanks Ziva!

I was booked a three bedroom villa, the villa were very clean and spacious. We were happy to stay there, very recommended villa in Seminyak Bali for family vacation or couple holiday/honeymoon.

Cleanliness, service, food, location to the contents of the villa everything okay! The hotel staff is very helpful at the time of day nyepi. I was very satisfied staying 2 nights at this hotel. Thank you the service can be boutique hotel.
