Security was quite helpful in finding a parking space.

Check in at 2 am, have to wait until 3 am. There are many prostitutes and it is very noisy. The room smells. Urine. Towels were given late at 7 am.

I have stayed here twice, because it is close to Pasar Turi station and the city center, besides the hotel there are also many people selling food.

I got a better room than what I ordered and paid for, thanks, receptionist.

Even though I often stay here, the last time there were tomcats, geckos, and lots of ants in the glass. I asked for help cleaning it but it's the same.

It turns out I've stayed here twice, it's just okay, the wifi is really slow, the TV and speakers are really bad, the hot water doesn't turn on for a long time, the breakfast is also not very tasty, there are only a few variations and it tastes bland, it's better to drink from the dispenser in each room corridor

Stayed in a family room type. The room was okay, the AC was cold, the bathroom was okay. The swimming pool was dirty. The food lacked variety.

the water is dirty, the hot water doesn't work and the TV is still conventional. The breakfast menu is not attractive

Location: The hotel is located in the city center very very close to everywhere. Facilities: Unfortunately the facilities are very lacking such as in the bathroom there is no place to put toiletries and there is no water heater for a 4 star hotel. Service: The staff is very unhelpful, not very friendly and I ordered a large bed mattress which was given a twin bed without being able to move rooms and the answer from the receptionist was very unsatisfactory. Food: If the food bought from room service I admit is delicious, if the one that includes breakfast I think it is not so good.

The staff seemed confused until they gave me the key while someone was still inside. Strategic location and okay.

It was very memorable staying there, the room was large, the bathroom was clean, only the TV had a bit of a soaking sound from the TV speakers. But everything was okay. Thank you.
