I booked for 3 nights at this hotel because I saw they have high review and affordable price. I didn't expect many things except clean room that's all. But when I was arrived the guy at the reception desk wasn't really nice to me at all. The room was molding and has very bad moldy smell. I asked them to changed the room but the 2nd room the smell was even worst and it came from the bed sheets. This hotel really needs proper deep clean.

I'm a solo traveler for business purpose when I stayed 1 night here. You want to stay here if:- you wanna enjoy Seminyak beach within 5 min walking distance. You don't wanna stay here if:- you're looking to have a relax time. This is obviously not a resort type. But hotel has live music every night until 11 pm. I stayed on 2nd floor. Goodbye sleep early.- you're looking for a comfort room. The hotel shows its age. Final words: Rate is quite affordable. You get what you pay

The reception staff was very friendly, making sure that there was no disturbance or if there was anything uncomfortable for me as a guest. Even though it was only 1 night, thank you for the hospitality. Will stay here again if planning to go to Seminyak.

Location is great but room very small and the music from bar downstairs is quite loud until midnight. Better not for family with children.

Check in was served well, but when we wanted to enter the room, the room was still being cleaned even though check in was at 6 pm (?), it was clean, it was just that this room seemed to be a former smoking room (we were given a non-smoking room), because the room smelled less than good, like smelling a lot of dust - but overall the location is good -.

Sangat menyenangkan dan akan kembali lagi, lokasi strategis pelayanan breakfast sangat baik, makanan enak. Bagian maintenance karena waktu itu remote tv di kamar tidak berfungsi dan dapat response yang cepat dan baik. Untuk front office sangat helpful dan ramah-ramah sekali akan kembali lagi menginap di sini.

Very close to Seminyak beach, just walk, clean bathroom, complete amenities, just happened to get a basement room which was also a bit stuffy, maybe if you got an upper floor it would be better.

The location is near the beach, just walk, security is responsive, the suitcase comes straight away, the receptionist is also friendly, alert, served immediately even though it's busy with foreign tourists, the room is a bit small but clean, still okay, no problems, complete toiletries, slippers if you want Take it home is priced at 50k, next time you can stay here again if you go to Bali

The hotel is very strategic, clean, the AC is cold, the front office explains in detail, the security is also friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that the water heater isn't hot enough, maybe I didn't wait long enough, but overall everything is good, will come back again. Thanks Grandmas! 🫶🏻.

The room is clean and cozy. Comfortable to sleep in. The staff also very helpful and friendly. During the check out time they will give you a bracelet. That's super nice. I only find this kind gesture from grandmas Seminyak hotel. Thank you for everyone Definitely will come back and stay there 😊

I haven't slept since 12 o'clock because of the constant noise, I still don't sleep after 2 o'clock because the air conditioner turns off and on and off many times, it's only 5 o'clock that I call a technician, and after 2 hours the technician is in the room repairing it, it can get cold again around the clock 7. I asked for a new room which was also refused, it could only be ready at 9 while at 11.30 I checked out. It's best to make sure rooms that don't work don't sell.
