Very very satisfied staying here, close to the city center and the sea. Okay, please try it if you are on vacation in Padang.

Ordered a non-smoking room but got a smoking room, hot AC, snappy receptionist. There are many better hotels than this in Padang. Will never come here again.

the room is comfortable..close to the beach..

Fun and exciting. The service is also friendly and satisfying. If you want to find dinner, just walk. There is pecel ayam around the hotel and it is very delicious.

Hotel rooms cannot be extended even if we request it at check-in.

definitely if you take the cheapest one facing the wall it's not clear. so if you expect to face the beach buy the expensive one. about the food there is no variety but the staff is quick to change the food ingredients which are a bit stale (coconut milk porridge)

overall good, the hotel is quite clean. the only problem is when you want to check in, you have to wait a long time from asking for your ID card to the check in process for more than half an hour. and there are no towels and mats in the room. asked repeatedly, finally got them after almost 2 hours. there is construction or renovation of the hotel on the side or top. the sound of hitting and hammering is quite disturbing from morning to evening. the employees are friendly.

Close to tourist destinations and affordable

It would be better if the app had a choice of smoking or non-smoking rooms. Don't just go by the availability of check-in time. Because not everyone can tolerate the smell of a smoking room. Alhamdulillah, the receptionist was willing to help find a solution.

It turned out we got a smoking room, even though we brought a toddler, the receptionist said we couldn't change the room because the application didn't request a non-smoking room, even though we often book other hotels that never request no smoking, later when checking in, the hotel asked us if we wanted a smoking/non-smoking room.... the room was quite spacious but had minimal facilities in the room, hard pillows, towels were a bit smelly, the room was not soundproof, from the 3rd floor you could still hear the parking attendant from below, the hotel concept was old-fashioned, the tap water smelled of earth, enough this is the first and last time I stay here... the only plus is the location near Padang beach
