Location close to jb square, seggate bridge and many choices of food places. Recommendation so far.

Hot water was not running. Rusty iron table.

Location very near to City Square Mall and a lot of eateries.

The staff is friendly, the hotel location is close to the mall. Just walk to the front.

everything is ok, finding food around the hotel is also easy, there are many shops and there is also a laundry near the hotel. the staff is very friendly, all the staff, even the cleaning staff are friendly and smiling, the place is clean, no complaints, I am very satisfied when I come back I must come here, if I want to go to Ciq it is also close.

The hotel OK near to city square, staff frendly, bath room clean and bedroom also clean, only a bit noisy if got people walking outside room

The staff is friendly, the room is clean although the room size is a bit small but okay. And most importantly it is close to everywhere, also close to JB Sentral and Immigration. Can walk. There are many food vendors around the hotel with affordable prices. We stayed for 2 nights. If we go to Johor Bahru again we will come to this hotel again.

So far okay, easy access everywhere

Very strategic loc. You can walk from there to JB city central & all. As for travellers from SG to JB, you can reach the hotel just by walking (connecting floors are there from the JB ktmb station/JB checkpoint, through the mall JB city central at the 3rd floor). The hotel is right across the side of JB city central. I brought luggage (24 cm2) but find it easy to move around from the hotel to the ktmb station (less than 15 mins walk with big luggage).

Citrus Hotel is the best choice if you are looking for comfort and convenient accommodation upon visiting Johor Bahru. It is just within less than 5 minutes walking distance from JB Sentral (transportation hub as well as crossborder CIQ complex). City Square shopping mall and Komtar JBCC are just in front of the hotel. Jalan Meldrum Food Street is just behind the hotel. The old town of Johor Bahru is just within 10-15 minutes walking distance. There is also an 24 hour Indian food restaurant which is just opposite the hotel. Citrus Hotel had been gone through renovation. Room was modern, clean, spaciousx and comfortable; even though my room has no window. The bed was comfy. Wardobe and luggage rack was available. There was tea and coffee making facility. In room WiFi functioned well. Bathroom was clean. It came with hot and cold water shower, hair dryer, towel, toileteries (soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste). The staff provided warm and hospitable service. They tried their best to help us on luggage storage before we received room key. Breakfast was served at additional cost of RM 20 per person at the second floor of the hotel.

Overall it's acceptable. Although it's not that good, the highlight is the breakfast menu which I think needs to be improved in terms of taste and variety.

Hotel staff helped me early check in without paying extra fee. Room was clean, cool and quiet. Good location.

Very accomodating & nice hotel

Citrus Hotel is an amazing place to stay if you're visiting Singapore! We had a great one-night stay and checked out early the next day for our trip to Singapore. Nearby shopping options include jb city Square, Komtar JBCC, jb sentral, various shops, Indian barbers, unique shops along Jalan Wong Ah Fook, and a money changer. Plus, there's a 24-hour Mamak food corner right next to the hotel. The room is also comfortable, and the staff also being helpful.

I'm very happy to stay at citrus hotel Johor Bahru. The location was very strategic. Near to the jb sentral, and accros the Mall. Citrus hotel sorrounded by many kind of street food like nasi kandar, or kopitiam. The staff of Citrus Hotel was very nice, and helpful. They had good communication, and fast respon. The room was small but I'm very happy because the bathroom was very clean and they provide hair dryer 👌🏻. I will stay again in citrus if I came back again to Johor bahru.

The location is very convenient. Room is clean and spacious. However the lifts can not fit too many people. If only the hotel provide tissue papers will be great.

Have stayed here 2x, no problems whatsoever. Bringing family is also comfortable, the room is spacious and clean. The staff is also very friendly.

Best, because it's close to Nak G Mall & JB Karat Bazaar, just walk, only parking is difficult, but you have to be clever in finding it, no matter what I will repeat again because all the staff are friendly.
