Convenient to go main attraction in town. Shopping mall, convenient shop and restaurant within walking distance

Booked for my dad several times already and it is still his favorite hotel. Loved the convenient location.

I really happy with my choice of the hotel and really pleasant stay here . The staff also really helpful and nice . I really love the spacious room and the hotel is strategically place of walking distances to convenience store , coffee shop , banks , Suria Sabah and also others . For me , it is really totally worth it .

Near to everything, good accessibility, but only mini bar not function, but already told maintenance but still nothing changes, maintenance should communicate with other departments if want to change it,why must guest do it?

Honestly, in term of price, this hotel is too much for me and I swiped my card with a wince. But I brought my elderly parents to stay here after a debacle at a budget hotel since it's nearer to my sister's office. And I didn't regret it at all. I don't even know the star rating for this hotel, but for me, it's 5 stars. The staffs are all courteous, with concierge to bring our luggage, spacious and comfy room with complimentary toothbrush (I mentioned this because I forgot mine and was too tired to go out to buy one). My parents are totally happy with the hotel, so yes, I'm happy too.
