the room has no window. can't see the sun .. around the walls. I got room 106 also most importantly the AC in the room if you ask to turn it off MUST GO THROUGH THE RECEPTIONIST (first experience AC shutdown through reception/front desk). heritage hotel is close to MRT NICOL HIGHWAY next to the concourse hotel.. So save money to go to Changi airport.. in front of heritage hotel there is a bus stop on Jalan Sultan if you want to go to Orchard Lucky Plaza take number 175 or if you want to play in Chinatown take bus number 961. buy a Singapore tourist pass very useful if you want to TAKE MRT OR BUS.. TAXI IN SINGAPORE IS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR BACKPACKER. in front of the hotel there is a Sultan Plaza Mall there is a coffee shop open 24 hours, the price of food is very affordable nasi lemak or Hainan chicken rice or various porridge only SGD 3.50, not far from Sultan Plaza Mall there is a CITY GATE SPECIALIST SALON SPA mall.

Good location, price is ok. Not very large, ok for work only.

I felt comfortable staying here, even though the room was small it was enough for me.

The room size is small according to the price, I was charged 40$ for 2 nights with 3 children + 2 adults.. but it's okay, the access is close to everywhere, if you want to find food, just in front of the hotel there is a 24-hour food place. If you want to find something busy, just walk to the back of the hotel, about 5 minutes walk / 300 meters.. there are lots of Muslim foods there

Customer service is quite helpful

Strategic location. Close to the bus station and 7-Eleven. Halal food is also nearby. There's tap water for drinking. There's an elevator, though you still have to climb a few stairs. Many Indonesians stay here too…

My room smells of smoke.

The location is close to the Malabar Mosque, the MRT station, and a bus stop across from the hotel. The room was quite comfortable, although the furnishings were dated. It also had a drinking water tap.

The hotel staff is friendly. The location is strategic, close to the Bus Stop and MRT Station. Also close to the Sultan Mosque. It is easy to find halal food around the hotel. The only downside is that it is not soundproof. I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The second night was a bit uncomfortable with the sound of people pulling suitcases from outside the room, even though it was late, so my rest was disturbed. The rest is OK. I think I will stay at this hotel again if I go to Singapore.

The room is a bit small, but clean and comfortable. Close to the plaza.

This hotel has a triple bedroom, which was quite spacious comparing to double room, and also has mini fridge inside (triple room).

Good hotel, the room is not too big but comfortable enough, near from MRT and bus station. Staff not really friendly (but still okay). Aircon is centralized so we can't control the temperature. My first room was hot and the second booking was freezing. No bidet, have tap water and quite complete amenities. Cheap hotel comparing to others.

The hotel is beyond what they reviewed on Google Maps. I don't think that the place is that bad. It provided me a basic clean room, and decent Wi-Fi (the only thing I need). Needless to say that this is the worthiest hotel at its price.

Toilet no bidet 😁, warning to the one who needs a bidet.

The room is quite spacious and very clean, the check-in process is fast, the location is quite strategic, a savior hotel when I have booked a hotel elsewhere, but it does not meet expectations, finally leaving the hotel and moving here, thank you.
