It's safe here, the location is quite strategic, there is a parking lot downstairs even though it's not very big and next to it there is a Pertamina so it's easy to fill up your vehicle with petrol.

The towels provided are old towels and seem to have not been replaced for a long time even though they have been washed before... the bed mattress is also dirty in color... So it's a bit uncomfortable when sleeping. The shower also doesn't have strong water and the warmth is limited. A hotel that can actually be upgraded. The positive thing is that the staff is friendly, the room is spacious and feels luxurious.

The plus is the location is near the Pasteur toll gate, the price is affordable, the facilities are quite complete, even a hairdryer is available. The minus is that at that time I booked 2 rooms... when I checked in at 2, only 1 room was ready, but it turned out that the bathroom was still dirty, the water heater still had water left, and there were no towels. I asked for towels to be delivered but it took a long time to wait and sorry the towels smelled really bad of the sun. For the other room, it was safe, no problems. Breakfast was less varied but okay for that price.

clean friendly and delicious food

a very comfortable and friendly hotel for our family.. starting from the security guard who helped us, the receptionist also had a very delicious dinner menu. The hotel is very close to Jalan Pasteur, near the gas station. The room is very comfortable, clean and the air conditioning is very cold, making our family feel at home. March 1, 2025 I arrived to check in around 10 pm. The security guard on duty was very unfriendly, even shouting in front of the hotel. They thought I was just parking the car. Reported to the reception, there was no good intention and offer of a solution. Until 11 pm I felt uncomfortable and restless in this hotel. Finally I decided to check out again. The worst experience I had at this hotel.

Bathroom is dirty no maintenance and bed sheet also can see no maintenance. Lucky just stay for 1 night

Comfortable place to stay here

For that price, it's really worth it, when checking in, I got a free room upgrade to a deluxe suite. The room is very spacious, the only minus is the towels smell of the sun, not laundry haha the rest is okay, the room is cute and clean. The food is also okay. You can order food to your room at a price that is still affordable. Overall it's okay

Please improve the cleanliness in the room area, especially the bed, in the bathroom for toiletries such as towels and others, and the bathroom should use a door lock / slot. then when entering the room and inserting the cardlock into its place, the sound from the equipment should be minimized because the effect of inserting the cardlock can be minimized.
