chose Harris hotel because I already know about the cleanliness level of the hotel.. so no need to worry.. and a good swimming pool.. the location is next to RAI fitness.. close to culinary.. quite close to Bali Galeria mall.. everything in the room works well.. really like staying at Harris Sunset Road 🤗

very satisfied with this hotel, helpful staff, I left my 2 children in the hotel to work for 2 days very safely, my child's pillow was also left behind and they were willing to help pack it for you to send GoSend to the airport.thz

The environment is nice and quiet. The AC is very cold. Artistic swimming pool. Close to everywhere. Many photo spots.

The room is a bit small, the tap is broken

The location is quite strategic although it is a bit inside from the main road. Stayed for 4 nights, and got a room upgrade because it turned out there was a large group occupying many rooms. There is no in-house gym, but you can go to Rai gym which is located next to the hotel. The downside is the shower is not strong enough, some furniture needs repair such as the refrigerator that does not close properly (fortunately no need to use the refrigerator), the door handle is a bit loose, the lights are a bit dim. Complaints were responded to well and an attempt was made to check. The last day was a bit disappointing because there were guest activities (company gathering) which were very noisy in the yard below the room (using loudspeakers too) - very disturbing. The staff was helpful and polite, overall a nice stay. Will definitely come again next time.

It's a good hotel for stay with friends and family. The room was really clean and rhe staff was really helpful. Always stay here everytime we go to Bali. Near from our office project. Recommended place to stay cation with family and friends or office mate

Comfortable hotel, far from noisy, the AC is very cold, the hot water works well, the breakfast is delicious, and there are many choices. The staff are friendly and patient.

On December 29-31, I got room no. 5340. The room was clean, had a balcony. The room was comfortable. There were many kinds of food. But on January 1-3, I checked in at this hotel and got room no. 5241. Actually, everything was clean, only the bathroom was not very good. The water drain was small, the water didn't drain immediately. Both in the bathroom and the sink. So it was sulky. For me, this room was not very comfortable.

Stayed there for 5 nights from original bookings at 8 nights, need to switch coz we got bored due to location and not too close to resto, faces or city attractions, but overall the experience was nice, but since it was rain all the time during my visit, it would be nice if they add some roof or rain shelter among buildings, we need to use umbrella instead from our building rooms to resto to have bfast at the main building.

The children's pool is worth it. There are bike rentals for walking. There is a playground.

Really enjoyed staying here, especially with the jacuzzi, it was really fun.

overall okay. strategic location close to access to kuta. complete facilities in the room are okay. the room is very cold.. nice a bit disturbed by the smell in the hallway of the room like the fishy smell of spilled milk and the shower room always smells of urine at all times.
