The staff are all friendly. The service is also good but the taste of the food needs to be improved. I've stayed here many times because it's close to work and I don't feel like going home.

The hotel is in a very strategic location. The shopping mall is located just below. Only a 10-minute walk to the famous GI, PI, and HI roundabout, also important office towers such as TLS at Thamrin Street. The bedroom is good, although sometimes the Wi-Fi connection was lost, but overall comfy to stay. What's superb is they give you choices for breakfast in Ramadan at 3 am (sahur) or 6 am with the same variety of menu. That shows their hospitality for us who are traveling during the month of fasting.

The place is very nice, I like it.

The hotel staff were very friendly and smiling, we were also explained about the facilities available. The room itself I think is quite okay, it's just that the room is not soundproof. So I often hear people passing by in the hallway clearly, and unfortunately in the bathroom there are 1/2 baby cockroaches. Maybe the cleanliness can be improved a little more.

Strategically located very close to the city center and MRT station… there are many delicious places to eat around the hotel.

Very strategic location in the middle of the city. Everywhere is close & those who want to shop are also easy to just get off the elevator, a fun place to shop, hang out is also fun

Strategic location, comfortable, suitable for family vacation

cheap hotel with adequate facilities, but bathroom equipment needs to be improved. Mats are not necessarily available, shower curtains are often missing, exhaust sometimes does not work properly, so it sometimes smells. Complete breakfast, but if it is full occupancy, often equipment and food are not immediately available (there is a time gap, maybe you need to think about additional staff when full occupancy). If it is a weekend, or you check out during peak hours, you have to spare more time because it is difficult to find a taxi and the traffic jam is unbearable. Apart from those limitations, it's okay .. the staff are also polite, friendly and responsive (quickly respond if there is a complaint).

The cleanliness of the bed sheets was lacking, the room's AC leaked and had to be repaired twice, the service in the restaurant was disappointing, because there were no waiters, so there were no spoons and forks available, and the response was slow.
