The hotel staff is very helpful in all services, the breakfast has many choices and tastes good

It turns out that Ibis Trans Studio is also good, quite strategic near to good places to eat in Bandung. Next door is directly connected to the mall, so if there is a sudden need, you can go to the mall. But the room is a bit small, but it is appropriate because this is a budget hotel. The service staff is also quite okay.

asked for honeymoon decoration but there was nothing in the room, it was just replaced with a slice of cake and given at 1 am when everyone was sleeping

There were a lot of guests who wanted to check in but there were a lot of frontliners so it was fast, the only downside was that the queen bed wasn't big enough hehehe

The bathroom is too close to the bed so it is not comfortable.

The hotel's location is not right in the city center but it is strategic because it is in the same location as Trans Studio Mall. So you can stay while shopping or enjoying culinary from various restaurants. The room is very comfortable because there is a long table for working and it is also equipped with a mini refrigerator. The room is also clean.

Very suitable for staycation because it is close to everywhere and easy to reach by public transportation. The service is also friendly and pleasant. Every time I go to Bandung, it is always the main choice.

Stayed overnight during an event at TSM, happened to get a spot for breaking the fast, the food was delicious, lots of variants and the staff were still friendly even though it was hectic.

This hotel is in a good location, but I think the room quality needs to be upgraded for the price I paid, especially the bathroom with a very complicated door. The shower is not very comfortable.

booking through traveloka wrote a note asking for a lower floor but was given the 19th floor, the room position is at the end. the reason is the room is not ready yet, hopefully it will be ready when I stay again.

order room 2 because we have to expand in Bandung.. we got a smoking area room.. ask for the children's room to be given a fragrance so that it is not smoked.. for our parents' room, it seems like the glass door was installed incorrectly to open and close it so it was difficult for us to get the soap. hehhe.. but it's okay, we brought it too

Not soundproof hehe. But overall for comfort it is very comfortable.

If you put 2 beds together, please use a cover so that the middle is flat so it doesn't shift quickly.
