Stayed here couple of times but getting worst

The staff is friendly, but the lift is always jammed, and the rooms are like old rooms, there is a restaurant or eating place but it is not used by the hotel.

Spacious, clean room, got 4 pillows. Near Lippo Plaza, cold AC, cable TV

But unfortunately the AC still leaked all night. Highlights: Corner rooms are more spacious plus there is a balcony so you can watch the city hustle and bustle. close to culinary centers, shopping centers, minimarkets, etc. Price: Standard price and good for those on a low budget.. Location: Suitable for those in transit but still want to enjoy the city hustle and bustle.

Parking space at the hotel is narrow, so active response/assistance is needed in carrying luggage to & from the vehicle during check-in & check-out.

Strategic location to shopping centers and the beach.

So far staying here so peaceful and close to german beach. What needs to be considered by the management is that the soap and shampoo ration should always be provided without having to be asked by the guest. In the 5 hours I stayed there, the soap and shampoo ration was only given twice. Please pay attention and improve. Overall the service is good and the staff are friendly. Next time I go to Bali, I will stay here again.
