The room has no windows, it's the cheapest but how can the room not have windows?

An interesting experience for me and my family staying at Hotel Grand Basko. The service is interesting and the room is clean.

The location is near to the mall, but the parking lot is very dirty. The room is like it's never been stayed in for a long time. The bathroom soap and shampoo don't have a tray to put them on and the cabinet door broke down. It doesn't show that this hotel is a 5-star hotel.

the only minus is the swimming pool water is too low.. sorry. but there are many pluses, comfortable and quiet rooms, lots of breakfast choices

The staff was rude when delivering the remote, and immediately entered the room with their own access without the room occupant's consent.

Staying for the second time at Basko Hotel, the first time staying here was around 2015, choosing to stay at Basko Hotel because it is close to Basko Mall, the room is quite spacious, the bathroom is clean, basically the room atmosphere is still comfortable.... what is less comfortable is when eating at the restaurant, we have to be quick to get food, if we are a little late, the food served will be gone 😆🤭😄 I don't understand why it could be like that, the hotel was indeed crowded with guests at that time but it was just not organized.... the sound of children crying, like eating in the middle of a market 😁 Input for the hotel management, please pay attention, especially to the restaurant, so that guests can eat more comfortably, thank you

Every year at the end of Ramadan we stay here for shopping purposes so we can hunt for Eid necessities until the mall closes..he..he..he..

All good. The breakfast is quite delicious and varied. Only the parking area is a bit difficult. For some room amenities, it seems like there needs to be an update and maintenance so it doesn't look old. For cleanliness, it needs to be paid more attention. The wifi is very good 😁. I checked in at room 451 with an extra bed. They forgot to set up mineral water in the room when I checked in and wanted to call FO, but the phone didn't work. For service, it was very good and friendly. Both front office and HK.

I really enjoyed staying at Basko Hotel.

There were no prayer mats, when I asked for one, a towel came instead, so I waited for the prayer mat for almost an hour, because the person who delivered it was busy playing with his cellphone, otherwise it was good

Hot AC. From check in to check out. Already fixed but still hot. TV has no signal.

It was a pleasure staying here. Access is also close to everywhere.

The towels themselves need to be updated, many of them are already fluffy and not absorbent enough.

It so happened that my family and I took a room with a view. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable for that price.
