We booked 2 rooms, couldn't check in online, requested adjacent rooms in the app, hoping for connecting rooms, but were given non-adjacent rooms, complained to the front office about the reason, we were given facing rooms, complained because they weren't facing the rooms we received, because we had checked the rooms, but they were indeed facing rooms but two different rooms from the front, the reason was that we had been given the best, even though the front rooms, we, while they were being cleaned, someone checked out and they were connecting rooms, please... even if we were told to wait for the rooms to be finished, we would have waited.
The rooms we received were not adjacent and not directly facing each other, and 2 of them had no view, we requested a view in the app, the receptionist said we had ordered standard rooms, so there was no view, but we were actually given rooms with windows, 2 of them had walls...
We asked for a middle floor, got a second floor, woke up at 1 am because the ground floor/first floor was noisy with the sound of chairs being tidied up, and it lasted until 3 am and couldn't go back to sleep, until there was the sound of a blender/machine, which bother
