Very pleasant with Amazing Mountain View Restaurant and close to Culinary Area.

The snacks are close by and there are many variations of West Javanese style

Enjoyed staying at Palace Hotel. Next time I want to come back again if I go to Puncak.

Impressive experience staying here during Eid holiday. Affordable price with super spacious, comfortable, clean, cold room even though we didn't turn on the AC. Adequate parking. Nice view, spacious garden in the back, super cold swimming pool, playground, children's activities such as coloring, movie time, farm zone with rabbits, fish, etc., the children were very happy. The taste of food in the restaurant is very suitable for the tongue. Get welcome drink ginger tea and iced tea. Easy and strategic access in the center of Cipanas city. Can pray Eid al-Fitr at the Brimob field in front of Cipanas Palace. Friendly staff, receptionist, security, bell boy are very helpful and the weather is very cold. Thank you for the excellent service. Very impressive!! Recommended!!

Actually, I didn't have much expectation when I wanted to stay here, but when I checked in, all the staff were very helpful! Starting from the security, receptionist, roomboy and others, they were very friendly and helpful!!! Although the room had scratches on the walls and should have been repainted to make it more perfect. But overall everything is clean, recommended and don't hesitate to stay here! Suitable for a staycation when going to Puncak and Cipanas ❤️

TV channels are not available. Hehehehhe. Purposely stayed at a hotel, because I wanted to watch TV (I don't have a TV at home). Eh, when I entered the hotel room, it turned out that TV channels were not available. Sad.

This is a highly recommended hotel around Cipanas. The location is very close to the market, there are many snacks if you want to go out. But if you want to stay in the hotel, the food is also delicious. Plus the service from the staff is also good. Overall, it is recommended.
