Nice short gateway experience when we were on holiday Eid Fitri. Keep it up for the services.

the hotel room was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time..it smelled really musty. moreover the carpet was dirty and dusty..I asked to change rooms but they said it was full. Even upgrading the room was not possible. I was placed in the very end room next to a warehouse or something..it was scary at night and I had trouble sleeping. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel and didn't take a shower..and preferred to take a shower at another hotel. Please improve the cleanliness of the room. It's a shame that the location is good but the room is not clean.

Eid Holiday Thursday-Saturday / April 2025. Check in at 12.30 can directly enter with a request on the upper floor and the requested facilities that they fulfill, great isn't it.. Everything is satisfying and fun by entering the Ciwalk mall area, only doing 2 somersaults directly until 😆😆. Success is getting better, progressing and happy for all the Serela Cihampelas Bdg crew, God bless all.

A comfortable hotel as a stopover if you want to focus on sightseeing in the city of Bandung. The only weakness of this hotel is the inadequate parking. Overall, if asked whether or not to come back, the answer is definitely back for the affordable price and comfortable room. Plus, the security is ready to help with valet parking.

the downside is that parking is limited when it's busy. So yesterday I was at the hotel's valley and parked at the 24-hour Indomart right next to the hotel. The room has been upgraded, now it's no longer carpeted so the room is cleaner. It's just that yesterday there was a problem with the exhaust not turning on, but the technician quickly fixed it immediately

Dirty bedroom. Even dirtier bathroom. Balcony door can't be locked. Not recommended anymore.

strategic location, if you want to look for food and souvenirs, just go in front of the hotel. If you want to go to the mall, just go across, if you want to go to Indomart, just go next door. Only the facilities in the room are lacking, especially the bathroom, it needs renovation, the sink is leaking. The rest is okay
