The room is quite spacious, the area for finding food is very easy, close to everywhere, close to big malls like Grage and CSB. The bathroom is clean, the towels are also clean. Already a smart TV, for resting while watching YouTube is ok.

arrived in the evening around 7pm, no parking lot but security help us to valet our car after dropping the luggage, when I'm checking in, I found that my pillow case covering with blood stain in both side, then when I want to go, my car park outside hotel premises and someone ask me to pay?it's little bit confusing

Cleanliness was lacking, when we checked in it seemed like we got a spare room on the 8th floor with room number 801. The AC was not cold and the hot water was not working.
