The room is damp, smelly, the sink is clogged, the sheets are stained, the towels are not fit to use, they are torn, the hot water of course does not turn on because solar power for many rooms can't do that, please install a water heater so that the customers who stay are comfortable.. the price may be cheap but not like this.. this hotel really lacks maintenance.. the employees there are very patient when customers complain.. what can still be tolerated is the friendly employees.. pity the employees are so protective, apologize and then leave.. hehee it's not fun to stay here.. the comments are comfortable etc.. cool 🙏 I have paid to stay for 2 days but only last one day.. there is no refund, I can't refund either.. there is no solution already.. but I'm not sincere haha

The bedsheets had stains as if they hadn't been changed, the bathroom sliding door was difficult to open/close, the stagnant water in the bathroom didn't drain properly, the noise level was still quite audible, with people running in the corridor, opening and closing doors, or chatting, there was no elevator that could be used.

Overall, everything is okay regarding the service and location of the hotel. It's just that the hot water doesn't work.

When I went to Jogja, I stayed here because it was close to my child's boarding house and the atmosphere was quiet, relatively close to the city center.

The bed provided a great night's sleep, and the housekeeping staff deserves praise for maintaining such high standards. A major plus was the air conditioning (AC), which was ice cold—a necessity for the local climate and something I greatly appreciated. ​The hotel’s location is incredibly strategic. It offers easy access to malioboro making it the perfect base for both business and leisure activities. ​The car parking area is spacious, which is a significant advantage if you are traveling with your own vehicle. Finding a spot was never an issue. ​Furthermore, the service was excellent. The staff members were consistently friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful, from check-in to check-out. They truly made the stay feel welcoming and smooth. ​On the downside, there are a couple of points to note. Firstly, the hotel does not have a swimming pool. While this wasn't a deal-breaker for me, it's something future guests should be aware of if they are looking for pool access. ​Secondly, and perhaps the most notable drawback, the rooms were not very soundproof.

It's too far to get anywhere. I ended up staying here because of the Google reviews. The room was okay, but the stairs made it difficult to carry a lot of things. The staff was friendly.
