Center of Bandung, staff is very friendly

Strategic hotel location, walking distance to Riau. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Parking could be improved.

Unexpectedly good. I stayed here for an event with KAI the next morning. I have no complaints.

The hotel is quite comfortable, the bed is quite large and the location is strategic, close to FO such as Heritage and culinary around the hotel which is indeed our favorite such as Sari Sari, bubur Mang Oyo and Kupat Gempol. Check in was fast, didn't wait long, before 2 pm we were able to enter the room. Breakfast tasted decent but not very varied, the menu is small but enough to fill you up before going around again. Please pay attention to the bathroom especially the shower area because it is a bit slippery and the water is stagnant, when the water drain is opened it is full of dirt and hair.

Close to food stalls and located in the city center.

Hotel parking is a bit limited, but fortunately security is quick to regulate entry and exit.

Breakfast is delicious, with quality and flavor. They're not just making it haphazardly. Freshness is guaranteed. The restaurant's comfort and cleanliness are maintained.

What we like about this hotel is the strategic location that near to many food and shopping destinations. You can reach Jl Riau, Jl Progo, (where you can find many cafes and shops) by walking. The room was clean, simple, although we can't open the window because there are many buildings (even a construction) in front of the window. Their soundproof was good, we can sleep comfortably at night. (I've been in a hotel with double the price, smaller room, but can't sleep at night because I could hear the sound from the room beside us and even the music in the lobby) They also have a good cafe in the lobby, the pasta and bakery were quite good and not expensive. But they need to improve their parking lot. If you can, park your car outside the hotel because the basement is so small and not easy to park a big car.

Our family really enjoyed the rest, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean... even the breakfast was delicious even though there weren't too many choices but the food tasted good.

The location is excellent if you're looking for a hotel close to dining and shopping at local brands. It's easy to walk everywhere. A 100/100 location for the young at heart.

This hotel isn't big, and there's no swimming pool. For me, cleanliness and comfort are the most important things. Who would have thought, my choice was right. This hotel is soooooo clean, comfortable, and the decor is so detailed. This was my first stay at Ivory, and it was truly impressive and satisfying. Next time I go to Bandung, I'll be back at Ivory again❤️
