Friendly staff and beautiful, comfortable environment

The hotel location and service are okay, but it is a shame that the walls inside the house and in the room are damp. Even though it is enough to paint it with no drop, it will be nice, the divan is also not good. But the mattress is okay.

The villa is located not far from Ulun Danu, it is a villa but the rooms are shared. When we first arrived we looked around for AC, but it was cold at dawn. If it's for one night, it's perfect to stay here to rest.

It's nice to stay at the villa, the air is cool, the view is facing Lake Beratan, the food is also delicious and varied. Glad to stay here for one night 🥳🥳

Suggestions for wifi signal to be improved in the villa, and suggest there is an android box in the villa. Overall it is ok

For the staff is friendly. But please pay attention to the cleanliness. Because yesterday I came, the room smelled musty and the windows were dusty, the floor was dirty, the room was damp. The carpet was dusty. Maybe for the carpet it should be vacuumed. And for the bed frame it is also dusty. The mattress should be. Vacuumed too. Because it feels really dirty, sleeping becomes uncomfortable. And for the garden in the back, it should be maintained, so it looks more beautiful. So it doesn't look scary. I who planned to stay overnight didn't. Because I felt uncomfortable. Especially my child. Hopefully my input can be accepted and the hotel can be better in the future.

Breathtaking scenery! Amazing view. Food was good, hot water works really well (very important!), staff cleans The Villa everyday. However, villas and room needs better maintenance and renovation. And better air circulation needed in the bedroom.

My second time stay at clv hotel. First in 2016 and now in 2024. They don't change so much, just some of room and bulding under renovation. I guess this hotel can be the best option if you bring family. It feel so conform, even you book 1 room you can use their living room and kitchen area. Their staff so lovely, they help organize surprise to my husband on his birthday. Hostel facilities complate you get tooth brush, small soap, hair cover, towel. Water pressure in bathroom so good, you get hot water all the time. My favorite in their restaurants you get buffe breakfast. They have many kind of food and beverages. I ever ordered room food service, their price so affordable and taste so good. Highly recommend to stay at clv hotel. The best price to book CLV on Traveloka if I compare other OTA even directly. Thank you for such beautiful experience.
