We were very happy because we happened to arrive early, at 1:00 PM, and were allowed early check-in, so the kids could rest right away. The room was also clean. The elevator was fast, with minimal queues. The pool area was clean and very kid-friendly, with special swimming towels provided. The dining area was also clean, with a variety of food, even herbal drinks. Check-out was also quite relaxed, no rush. Overall, we were satisfied. Our room had a city view and a main road, so the kids enjoyed being able to see the scenery and the bustling traffic from above. Recommended for a staycation with kids, and it's now our favorite hotel.

The Dalton Hotel is the best choice for those of you who want a family vacation. The location is strategic, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. There are separate swimming pools for babies, children, and adults. The breakfast is also delicious with a variety of delicious menu options. I stayed with my husband and two children, ages 5 and 2, and everyone received free breakfast.

My team and I stayed for 5 nights. Check-in was at 2 p.m. but we were told to queue for 1.5 hours at the front desk. After a long wait, the room was not ready, claiming there was a graduation ceremony and no staff was available to clean the rooms. My team and I booked well in advance, and the receptionist's explanation was very unfriendly. Bath towels were delivered to our room at 6 p.m. The receptionist should receive hospitality training. Breakfast felt like a market, with queues and rushes because the number of guests exceeded the breakfast room's capacity. The swimming pool facilities were only available until 6:00 p.m. WITA, so I was asked to leave the pool, but foreign tourists were allowed to swim at 8:00 p.m. The changing room queue for the pool was 1 hour+ because the pool was used not only by guests but also by the general public for swimming lessons. The queue for the pool restrooms was as long as a grocery line.

Clean, large rooms, friendly staff, 10-15 min from airport, depending on traffic, they have free shuttle back.
