Unacceptable Room Conditions, Inconvenient Resolution Attempts, and Early Check-Out Request. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condition of the rooms I have been assigned during my stay at your hotel. I am currently in room 202. Firstly, upon arrival in my initial room, I discovered the toilet was malfunctioning and wouldn't flush. This is a basic sanitary requirement and rendered the room unusable. Secondly, the towels provided were in an unacceptable state. They were more akin to rags, with holes and frayed edges. The front desk staff kindly offered to move me to a different room. Unfortunately, the situation has not improved significantly. While the toilet functions in this room, the sheets are heavily stained, with yellow stains present throughout. When I brought this to the attention of the staff at 11 pm, I was informed that I would need to wait at least 30 minutes for clean sheets to be delivered from laundry. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially considering the late hour and my desire to get some rest. The combination of these issues has significantly impacted the quality of my stay at your hotel. I expect a certain standard of cleanliness and functionality from my accommodations, and what I have encountered falls far short. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this situation.
