We stayed during weekdays, so it's not as busy as usual. The lobby is the grandest of all starred hotels in Batu. They just renovated the main restaurant area. Really enjoyed our stay. Great service.

Hotel bintang 5 yang menurutku kurang worth it. Fasilitas aktifitas untuk tamu kurang maintenance,sepeda ban kempes dan rem nya kurang berfungsi. Banyak spot yang harus di touch up. Servis staff oke terutama di bagian kids corner tapi jarang sekali liat staff di setiap Guest Activity lain yang standby.. AC di kamar saya miring juga hehe.. overall oke hanya saja butuh maintenance yg lebih

Quite a pleasant experience and will always come back again

The atmosphere is very calming, suitable for those who want to staycation alone or with family. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the swimming pool is also spacious. The breakfast menu choices are many and all delicious. The activities offered are also diverse, basically, you will not regret choosing this hotel. It is in accordance with the price offered. Next time I have the fortune, I want to stay here again.

The bathroom smells because the toilet is leaking

I'm so happy because there are so many facilities that I haven't had the chance to try them all yet. I think I'll have to have another longer staycation.

Overall good, friendly, there is a slight problem in the bathroom which is not soundproof and there is a gap so it can be seen and heard from the bed

Back again after 2 weeks. This time, I tried a more economical room. It turned out the Wi-Fi in this room wasn't working properly. However, the room was more modern. It was cleaner and the bed was more comfortable than the room with a bathtub. Breakfast wasn't very varied. It was also just so-so. Nothing special. But the service is indeed top-notch. for the 5 star hotel should not limited the water 2 bottle per day when guest asking more water. Thank you
