The place is clean, comfortable, and close to Ground Zero, though not directly on the main road. It's a bit tucked away in an alley, but not too far away, so it's not too crowded and still comfortable to go out and about. The facilities are standard and good. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Got a room on the 2nd floor, up the stairs but the stairs are wide. The location is a bit inside the alley but fits 2 cars, the car park is quite spacious. Right next to the hotel there is a Javanese noodle seller and it's delicious, please try to buy it if you stay here. The bathroom also has hot water.

The hotel is in a rather quiet environment, further away from the main attraction of Malioboro Street, around 10 minutes or 800m walk to Station Tugu across Malioboro entrance. Not bad but also not good if you need to be closer to the main attraction area. The room is very spacious. Facilities are okay, just the bathroom concern maybe needs renovation, it feels too homey, unclean, outdated, and in my opinion below standard. Spacious parking if required, easy to order a taxi or online transportation. Many chairs and tables to sit while waiting or just relaxing at the side of the hotel. The coffee shop here is serving delicious drinks; good service but needs to improve service time faster. There are several good dining places near the hotel: bakmi jawa amongroso, sate babi maranatha, pempek, bakso, etc. There's also a barbershop above but didn't get the chance to try it.

The hotel is comfortable, I like staying here, the room is big, the bed is quite big, the location is close to the crowd, the staff is friendly and it is clean.

I haven't had time to eat because I took the one without breakfast.
