I have stayed at this hotel many times but there is always a problem with the AC. Yesterday for the umpteenth time the AC was off, then the lights went out in the room I stayed in 4 times in 1 day. The staff came and were friendly, but what makes me disappointed is that this life and death situation is what makes me annoyed is that the bathroom is always open and cannot be closed tightly. The room also smells musty. Please pay attention to the comfort and cleanliness of the room, thank you.

The room was very dirty, with thin pillows and yellowish bedsheets, as if they had never been washed. The bed frame was broken and propped up with a large prop (see picture). The AC was hot. Overall, it's not recommended. I chose to check out after 15 minutes of checking in. I was forced to book another hotel right away, even though I couldn't get a refund. 🥲

The sheets and pillow cases need to be replaced with new ones, the suggestion is, the area around the swimming pool is not very clean 😩, the AC is not cold, fortunately the staff are all friendly and I like the room, there is a Quran 💕
