The hotel is scary, the bathroom water is so bad that it makes your skin red, you won't be given tissues or sandals if you don't ask for them... just once is enough

Overall comfortable, delicious and varied food, clean and child-friendly swimming pool, good service, friendly, responsive. It's just that the bed sheets, pillows, blankets are not very clean, there are spots. The AC is hot at night for some reason, some of the lights are also off in room 315. I hope there will be improvements for the rooms in the future because I might stay here again every time I go to Pandeglang.

I checked in to the hotel at 22.30 at night. When I entered the parking lot, I was confused because I wasn't directed by the security guard at first. Check in was fast and the information was clear. The hotel needs to be renovated. When I entered the lobby, the elevator didn't smell good. The furniture in the room was also made of bad wood. The bathroom drain was clogged when I took a shower.

Arrived at 11 pm got a room with AC broken, moved to another room and the AC was also broken, moved to another room at 1 am and got a good AC.. the bathroom was flooded.. the food tasted good but there was not much variety, the facilities should be improved according to the big name of the Horison hotel..
