This hotel's service is really great! Yesterday I booked a standard/classic room, but it turned out there was a problem where the lights in my room went out twice. Then the hotel gave compensation in the form of moving rooms with a free upgrade to a deluxe room. Thank you so much!

Ordered a corner room on the 2nd floor. There is no view of the room, it is stuffy, there is poor air circulation, the bathroom is not fragrant and a bit stuffy.

Lahan parkir terbatas (kunci diminta resepsionis untuk diparkirkan tapi diparkir di pinggir jalan raya. Bayar pula), tidak ada lift penerangan (khususnya kamar 250) remang, AC kurang dingin, ranjang berderit, air panas tidak bisa disetel (hanya panas atau dingin, tidak bisa hangat), menu sarapan kurang variatif, resto sempit serta kebijakan antar resepsionis tidak sama. Saya check in di hari checkout pukul 5 pagi dan menanyakan kebijakan-kebijakanlate checkout-checkoutdisampaikan oleh resepsionis hingga pukul 13.00. Tapi jam 12 siang saya diusir, dengan alasan sudah jam checkout. Tahu artinya-artinyalate checkout-checkoutgak sih?

There is no hot water for bathing, and I brought a baby, I asked the staff why there was no hot water for the shower, they said wait 15 minutes, I waited 20 minutes, still don't have f****** hot water, in Ponorogo the price is that much but there is no hot water, there is no mineral water, the experience of a lifetime in hotels that pay that much is that there is no hot water.

Milih ini hotel karena dekat dengan tempat tujuan kami. Hotelnya bagus sih, bersih juga, ada pemanas air, teko listrik, untuk air minum di sediakan di dispenser luar kamar yang gratis, ada juga botol air mineral di kamar namun berbayar. Cuma maaf sedikit masukan untuk resepsionis di depan, meski lagi sibuk tapi kalo ada tamu yang dateng baiknya di sapa dulu, dan mungkin bisa dengan ramah minta waktu untuk selesaikan urusan. Karena satpamnya malah lebih ramah dari resepsionis nya. Makasih. Maaf tidak berniat apapun, hanya share pengalaman nginep di sana. Semoga menjadi referensi bagi yang lain. Oh ya. Sarapan paginya di anter ke kamar jadi enak, meski biasa aja lauknya tapi rasanya enak kok. Thanks!

Hotel staff are always friendly and alert in responding to our needs during our stay. The rooms are clean and adequate for rest. The provision of breakfast is also good, the parking area is quite adequate but if at the same time there is a wedding at the hotel it is indeed a bit of a hassle to have to park outside (side of the road). Hopefully in the future it will be better and always successful. Thank You.
